This Privacy Policy describes how Vee Quiz AI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Vee Quiz AI platform and related services.

Account and profile data

When you register or are invited to the platform, we may collect your name, email address, job title or position, user group assignment, password (stored in encrypted form), and language preferences.

Platform usage data

We collect information related to your use of the service, including quizzes created, question bases, participant assignments, quiz attempts, scores, training documents uploaded, support tickets, and administrative activity logs necessary to operate the platform.

Payment-related data

We do not store full payment card details. When you purchase a paid plan, Paddle processes payment information as Merchant of Record. We may receive limited billing metadata from Paddle (such as transaction status, plan type, and customer email) to activate your subscription or paid quiz capacity.

AI features

If you use AI question generation, text you submit may be sent to OpenAI (or similar providers) to generate quiz content. Do not submit personal data you are not authorized to share. Provider processing is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Technical data

We automatically collect certain technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, session identifiers, and cookies required for authentication, security, and language selection.

2. How we use your information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Vee Quiz AI platform
• Authenticate users and enforce role-based access
• Process demo requests and support inquiries
• Activate and manage paid plans and quiz capacity
• Send service-related emails (e.g. quiz notifications, password reset)

• Paddle — payment processing and billing (Merchant of Record)
• OpenAI — AI question generation when you use that feature
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run the application
• Authorities — when required by law or to protect rights and safety

We do not sell your personal information.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights
