Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for paid plans on Vee Quiz AI (“we”, “us”). Please read it before completing a purchase.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
1. What you are purchasing
Vee Quiz AI offers a free tier with a limited number of quizzes. Paid capacity applies to quizzes beyond the free limit and covers OpenAI model usage for AI features and platform hosting. Pricing is described on our website and at checkout.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your paid purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original transaction date, provided you have not substantially consumed paid capacity in bad faith (for example, creating a large number of paid quizzes solely to use and then refund).
Refund requests made after 30 days are generally not eligible unless required by applicable consumer law in your country.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@vee-quiz.com with your order email, purchase date, and reason for the request; or
- Use the support or refund options provided in your Paddle receipt or visit paddle.net to manage your purchase.
We will coordinate with Paddle to process eligible refunds. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after approval.
4. Subscriptions and recurring charges
If your plan renews automatically, you may cancel before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current billing period unless covered by the 30-day guarantee above or applicable law.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
6. EU/UK statutory rights
Consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. If you request a refund within that period and have not meaningfully used paid services, we will honor applicable legal requirements in addition to this policy.
7. Non-refundable situations
Refunds may be declined if:
- The request is made outside the eligible time window
- Evidence of fraud, abuse, or repeated refund requests exists
- The purchase was made through an unsupported payment method excluded by Paddle
