Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Vee Quiz AI platform and related services provided by Vee Quiz AI (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, using the service, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. The service

Vee Quiz AI is a corporate learning and assessment platform that includes quiz creation, question bases, AI-assisted question generation, participant management, results reporting, and related features. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use or that infringes third-party rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service, including excessive automated requests
  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform except as permitted by law
  • Share credentials or resell access without our written consent

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you upload (training materials, questions, documents). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content.

5. AI-generated content

AI-generated questions are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, compliance, and suitability before publishing quizzes to participants. We do not guarantee that AI output is error-free or appropriate for your use case.

6. Plans, billing, and payment

Free and paid plans are described on our website. Paid capacity beyond the free quiz limit is billed through Paddle. By purchasing, you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms and our Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice; existing prepaid periods are generally honored for the term paid.

7. Free trial and demo access

Demo or trial access may be limited in time and features. We may suspend or terminate demo accounts at our discretion.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the service as intended.

9. Confidentiality and data

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for configuring access within your organization and for informing participants as required by your policies and applicable law.

10. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for claims arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service or other users. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vee Quiz AI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact below; we will attempt to resolve them in good faith.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
